Koroni Poolside Suites operates under Greek tourism registration [Registration number: 1249K0133000].

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM). Late check-out is subject to availability.
Please inform us of your expected arrival time so we can welcome you personally.
Greek law requires accommodation providers to register the identity document (ID card or passport) of every guest at check-in. Please have these ready on arrival.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or prepayment.
Cancellation conditions vary by rate and season and will be communicated at time of booking.
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or such methods as agreed at time of booking.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (τέλος ανθεκτικότητας στην κλιματική κρίση) applies per property, per night, and is not included in the room rate shown online. It is payable locally at check-in or check-out: [confirm and add exact current rate per Greek Ministry of Finance guidance for this property’s category — as of the 2026 season, published rates for furnished apartments are €8/night April–October and €2/night November–March].

Koroni Poolside Suites is a quiet, family-friendly property. We ask all guests to respect the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Parties and events are not permitted without prior written consent.
The 27-metre pool is shared exclusively among the three suites. Pool use is from 10:00 to 18:00.
Pool use is at your own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
In an emergency, contact the property manager immediately and call the local emergency services if required.
All guests must comply with the pool rules at all times

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Koroni Poolside Suites is not liable for theft or damage to guests’ personal property.

Children are welcome. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by adults at all times, particularly around the pool area.
